Crafted from select air-dried wagyu beeftop rounds, raised with care on a small Nebraska farm, this bresaola elevates any culinary experience. Inspired by the tradition of Valtellina, Lombardy, its delicate flavor and melt-in-your-mouth texture are best enjoyed thinly sliced, drizzled with a fine olive oil and fresh lemon juice, and adorned with shavings of aged Parmigiano-Reggiano.
